Meet the Ruqyah practitioners serving the Global Institute of Ruqyah Ash-Shar'iyyah, providing Qur'an-based Ruqyah in accordance with the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah.
Based in Greater Manchester, UK, MuslimAkhzOfficial (Mahdee) is the Founder and Lead Raqi of the Global Institute of Ruqyah Ash-Shar'iyyah. A Hafidh of the Qur'an, he specialises in Qur'an-based Ruqyah and provides support to individuals both in the UK and internationally.
Zakariyah is a trained Ruqyah practitioner with the Global Institute of Ruqyah Ash-Shar’iyyah, based in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He provides face-to-face Ruqyah in Ghana and online sessions internationally, and speaks: English, Akan (Twi). After witnessing people in his community turn to practices involving shirk when seeking help for suspected spiritual afflictions, he was motivated to study the correct Islamic approach to Ruqyah. He later trained and graduated under MuslimAkhzOfficial (Mahdee) through the Institute’s practitioner programme. His approach is centred upon Tawheed, the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah, treating patients with compassion while encouraging self-Ruqyah, daily adhkar and reliance upon Allah alone. He also recognises the importance of considering possible medical or psychological causes where appropriate rather than attributing every difficulty to sihr, the evil eye or jinn.
Muhammad Lamin is a Senior Raqi and Leadership Team Member at the Global Institute of Ruqyah Ash-Shar’iyyah, based in The Gambia. With over five years of practical experience in the field of Ruqyah, he is one of the Institute’s most experienced practitioners. Throughout his years of practice, Muhammad Lamin has supported individuals with a wide range of cases, providing both face-to-face Ruqyah and international Ruqyah sessions over the phone. He also conducts sessions on behalf of the Institute and plays an active role within its leadership team. His approach is centred upon Ruqyah Ash-Shar’iyyah in accordance with the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah, while maintaining the correct Islamic principles and boundaries when assisting those seeking Ruqyah.
